Cancellations
Cancellations in this section refer to the cancellation of the registration in its entirely. Cancellations received on or before September 10, 2013 will receive a full registration refund. All Full Meeting, Weekend Package and Management Seminar Registration (including individual guest registrations) cancellations received between September 11- 25, 2013 will be refunded in full minus a $100.00 processing fee. Paid Trade Show cancellations (main attendee & individual guests) will be refunded minus $50 processing fee. Cancellations received starting on September 26, 2013 will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing via fax to (415) 293-4745 Attn: NECA Registration, or via e-mail to necareg@cmrus.com.
Refunds
Check refunds will be issued six to eight weeks after the convention date. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received after September 25, 2013. Credit card refunds will be processed six to eight weeks of receiving the cancellation.
No-Shows:
Refunds will NOT be issued to participants who do not attend the convention and do not cancel their registration by September 25, 2013.
