There are plenty of opportunities to sell lighting retrofits to owners and managers of large, complex properties and small businesses. Whether the lighting is for parking lots or commercial ceilings, energy and maintenancesaving solutions are available that maintain or even improve the quality of light.  This presentation will detail ten top retrofit opportunities, and how to quantify benefits in a compelling presentation to close the deal.

    Mary Beth Gotti

    Mary Beth Gotti is the manager of the GE Lighting Institute in Cleveland, Ohio.  Mary Beth has worked for GE for over 35 years in a number of technology and marketing/sales positions including Lamp Development Engineer and Scientist for both incandescent and metal halide lamps, and Senior Lighting Application Specialist at the Institute.  She was named Manager of Lighting Education in 1995, and became Manager of the Lighting Institute in 1998.  She has BS and MS degrees in Physics, and MBA from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.  She also has an LC (Lighting Certified) credential from NCQLP (National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions).  Mary Beth is active in the Illuminating Engineering Society  (IES), and currently serves on the executive committee of the National Lighting Bureau.
