INSTRUCTIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Hosts DC welcomes NECA to Washington, DC!
These custom and exclusive tours will be filled on a first come, first-served basis for a limited number of guests. Hosts DC has the right to cancel any tours if the minimum number of attendees are not met. If a tour is cancelled due to lack of attendance, you will be notified after the registration deadline and the registration fee will be refunded in full, unless an alternative tour choice was selected. Please register early to prevent cancellation.
Should you need to cancel your tour registration before the deadline of Friday, September 20 2013, Hosts DC will make a full refund minus a $7.00 administrative fee. Cancellations after the tour deadline date will be are subject to 100% cancellation fees.
Please note that all tours will depart from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (L Street North Lobby).
Hosts DC will accept tour registration online, via email or Fax. Payment can be made in US Dollars by American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Once full payment has been received you will receive a Confirmation email which should be considered your receipt. Please make sure to bring your email confirmation with you.
